Today I had the honor to spend the afternoon singing with the amazing SILVIA NAKKACH……..award winning composer, and a pioneer in the field of sound, transformation of consciousness and music shamanism. I first ran across her when I just happened to pick up her book from Changing Hands Book store… and immediately connected to her words and inspiration from her book FREE YOUR VOICE Awaken to Life through Singing. I couldn’t put the book down and was thinking how I really would love to work with her in person. Well it happened today.
She creates a safe space where one can really use one’s voice  as a way to awaken…. as she would say” Who is singing”…… when the self becomes the sound, there is no self….. when there is no self, there is no problems….you are just music…. 

I really believe in the power of creativity as a path of awakening and especially singing, using our voice as a vehicle for transformation. I feel very grateful that I had such a beautiful afternoon singing and connecting through sound with this amazing teacher.
